1 bunch kale, washed and torn into pieces
(any kind of kale, collard greens or chard)
¼ cup onion diced
2-3 tbsp grated ginger
dark sesame oil
1 cup low salt or no salt vegetable bouillon or water
Sauté the onion in olive oil 3-5 minutes, add ginger and sauté a few more minutes. Add greens, mix. Sprinkle greens with sesame oil and then Tamari. Let cook a few minutes while stirring frequently. Once greens have turned a dark green color add bouillon, cover and simmer until greens are cooked.
